  1. Great stuff Paul.
I’m often surprised at how little people look into buying a house, the biggest investment most people can make.

Someone said that the sub prime crisis was due to high petrol prices. I’ve been thinking about this and I haven’t shut this out. Now that interest rates have dropped, petrol prices are getting higher and it will be interesting to see how things go.

  2. I was a volunteer business mentor for Mentoring Tasmania for ten years after I had my heart attack. Our main focus was to help those in business or had just started, but more importantly to help those thinking of spending their life savings by going into business blind. So encouraging them to do a SWAT analysis before they took the final step. Hopefully we mentors, and there were a hundred or so of us, helped in reducing possible bankruptcy here in Tassie. So thanks to Rotary and Tony our CEO who were the instigators of business mentoring here in the south. In a way Roger, you and the team do the same for all investors and your comments and vision for all to read and listen to are helpful to the public at large.

    • Hi Paul,

At the right time in the future, I’d be delighted to be involved in something such as the mentoring project you mention. Thank you for planting the seed.
