Help us help less fortunate but ambitious and deserving kids
Today we are asking you to help, any way you can, the life changing and high ROE work of School for Life – a charity Montgomery is very excited to support.
School for Life Foundation was founded in 2008 by two 21 year old university students. After spending considerable periods of time in Africa, and specifically Kenya and Uganda, Annabelle Chauncy AO and David Everett decided to make their own contribution. They were moved by the lack of access to education in rural areas of Uganda and the number of children falling through the cracks of a desperately under resourced education system. Since then they have made an almost miraculous difference in the lives of many children as well as endured military evacuations!
School for Life provides education and community development in rural Uganda. For a few thousand dollars they buy the land, build the school buildings and start schools from the ground up. Where once there was an open field and scrubland, today there is a school! School for Life is a not-for-profit making a truly transformational difference to the communities of emerging countries starting with Uganda by providing access to a quality education and helping those who help themselves. They build educated, sustainable, productive and profitable communities by also providing vocational training for adults.
To support this wonderful work, and keep Annabelle’s enthusaism high, your support is required. Annabelle is tireless in her committment and I would love her to see a massive response from this blog. In just 15 days, the School for Life Raffle will be drawn and you could win these fantastic donated prizes:
- First prize Audi A1 Sportback 1.0TFSi Stronic ($37,566)
- Second prize Weekend getaway for 8 people at at Two Rivers Cottage, Hunter Valley plus 2 cases of Mino & Co Estate wine and Audi car hire for the weekend
- Third prize $500 Cafe Sydney voucher

Please dig deep and support Annabelle’s dedication and ethusaism for helping the less fortunate – your small donation WILL make a real difference to a child’s life – and you could win a great prize, please click here to purchase a ticket.
