This is a good point Roger and I agree. But there is a thing that I beleive. In history, the ultimate dream of a politician is for everyone to have their own house. That is what George W Bush and Alan Greenspan wanted, the same thing has happened many times in the last few hundred years all around the world. I am wary that sooner or later first home buyers are going to revolt at not being able to buy a house.
Chinese are buying houses illegally, you need to have a family member with a citizenship but they aren’t checking this.
