- Information on this promotion, Gift With Purchase offered and how to claim it form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

- The Gift With Purchase consists of a downloadable, digital copy of Roger Montgomery’s book “Value.able” downloaded from Amazon’s Kindle Store (located: http://www.amazon.com/Value-able-ebook/dp/B009RBQYO4/). Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Gift With Purchase are the sole responsibility of the entrant.
- Entry is only open to Australian residents.
- Promotion commences on 5/12/12 at 9:00 am AEDST and closes at 11:59 pm AEDST on 20/12/12 (Promotional Period).
- To be eligible to receive the Gift With Purchase an entrant must, in the Promotional Period, complete the following steps:
- Purchase a print copy of Value.able online from the following website: http:// rogermontgomery.com/valueable-book/
- When prompted during the checkout stage of purchase enter a valid email address
- Follow the instructions emailed to the entrant by Amazon Inc. to claim a free digital copy of Value.able.
- The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant whose entry is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
- Incomplete or incorrect entries will be deemed invalid.
- Entries with incorrect or invalid email address included will be deemed invalid.
- The promoter will not be liable for any lost or deleted instruction emails sent to the entrant.
- Each entrant is only permitted to claim one (1) Gift With Purchase per print edition of Value.able purchased from http://rogermontgomery.com/valueable-book/. Gift recipients will be advised at the time of purchase and also via email.
Gift With Purchase is only available for new purchases of Value.able made within the Promotional Period. This offer is not available to any purchases made before the start of the Promotional Period. - Gift With Purchase will be sent via email through Amazon Inc’s digital gifting service. - Entrants who purchase a copy of Value.able during the Promotional Period will have twelve (12) months from the date of purchase to redeem their Gift With Purchase. In the event that for any reason whatsoever an Entrant does not redeem the gift at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the gift will be forfeited by the customer and cash will not be provided in lieu of the gift at any time.
- Any ancillary costs associated with accessing the promotional website or redeeming the Gift With Purchase, including internet bandwidth, bank or credit card fees or mobile data used downloading the Gift With Purchase and cost of any applications or devices required to open and read the Gift With Purchase are the sole responsibility of the entrant.
- If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
- Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or gift claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in gift value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by an entrant.
- The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, gift suppliers, Amazon Inc and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. The personal information may be transferred across international borders to server locations overseas. Entry is conditional on providing this personal information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the personal information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
